1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the monkmachine.tech website (the “Website”) is processed and protected. The data controller is SCALE X GROUP LLC, EDRPOU 45673478 (the “Company”).

1.2. By using the Website or submitting a request, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms below.

1.3. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2.1. The Company processes the following categories of data:

• Contact details: name, phone number, preferred contact method (call, WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber), website address and a comment on your request — that is, whatever you enter in the form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language, date and time of the request.
• Traffic source data: UTM tags, ad campaign identifiers, referrer, landing page, ad click identifiers (fbclid, gclid).
• Analytics data: anonymized information about page views and interaction with Website elements.

2.2. The Company does not collect payment card data and does not process special categories of personal data.

3.1. Personal data is used solely to:

• contact you about your request and arrange a call;
• prepare an audit and a commercial proposal and provide a consultation;
• assess the performance of ad campaigns and the quality of traffic;
• improve the Website, the usability of forms and the content;
• comply with legal requirements.

3.2. We do not use your data for mass mailings without separate consent and do not sell it to third parties.

• technical contractors who keep the Website, hosting, CRM and communication channels running (to the minimum extent necessary);

• at the request of authorized state bodies, as provided by law.

5.2. Requests from the Website may be delivered to the Company’s internal Telegram chat, solely for prompt handling of inquiries.

6.1. The Company applies organizational and technical safeguards: transport encryption (HTTPS), restricted access to the request database, and storage of data in a directory closed to public access.

6.2. Contact details are kept for the duration of our cooperation and for up to 24 months after the last communication. Technical and advertising identifiers are kept for up to 30 days. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

7.1. You have the right to:

• obtain information about which of your data we process;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• withdraw consent and request deletion of your data;
• restrict processing or object to it;
• file a complaint with the authority responsible for personal data protection.

7.2. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to info. We reply within 30 calendar days.

8.1. The Company may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; its effective date is shown at the top of the document.
